Once we receive your completed impression kit, your insoles typically ship within 10–14 business days.

Yes. Each insole is made using your foot mold, not a stock template. We use FitFoot360 design software and CNC milling tools to carve your exact shape—down to the arch, heel cup, and toe flex.

Currently, all ArchLabs insoles are made from the same high-quality materials and custom shell. You can choose your top layer length:

• Full Length
• Sulcus Length
• Metatarsal Length

We offer a 90-day comfort guarantee. If your insoles aren’t working for you, contact us and we’ll do everything we can to make it right—including adjustments or a full remake.

If you're still not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 90 days—as long as the insoles are returned. Due to the custom nature of the product, we ask that all refunds be accompanied by the original insoles.

Many customers are able to use HSA/FSA cards, but we recommend checking with your provider. We don’t currently process insurance or handle reimbursement paperwork.
