After purchase, we’ll ship you an impression kit with everything you need to capture your foot impressions at home. Send the kit back using the included prepaid label, and a Certified Pedorthist will review your assessment and impressions before designing your custom orthotics in our Houston lab.

No. ArchLab custom orthotics can be ordered without a prescription or in-person appointment. Start with the Fit Assessment, make your foot impressions at home, and our Certified Pedorthist will handle the custom design.

Once we receive your completed impression kit, your insoles typically ship within 10–14 business days.

Yes. Every pair is designed from your individual foot impressions—not a stock template. A Certified Pedorthist reviews your Fit Assessment and impressions, then designs your orthotics around your anatomy and needs. We use FitFoot360 CAD software and CNC milling to manufacture the custom shell accurately and consistently.

Both Bamboo Comfort and ETC+ Performance begin with the same true custom process: impressions of your actual feet are reviewed by a Certified Pedorthist, digitally designed using FitFoot360, and CNC milled into a custom shell. The primary difference is the top-cover setup.

Bamboo Comfort

Bamboo Comfort uses a breathable, perforated dual-layer Bamboo top cover with a softer, cushioned feel for comfortable everyday wear.

ETC+ Performance

ETC+ Performance uses a smooth, low-friction knit laminated to 3 mm of durable neoprene. It is designed for demanding or extended wear where friction, moisture, and long hours in footwear may be a concern.

You don’t need to choose between them on your own. Your Fit Assessment helps your Certified Pedorthist determine which setup is the better match for your footwear, activity, and comfort needs.

We offer a 90-day comfort guarantee. If your insoles aren’t working for you, contact us and we’ll do everything we can to make it right—including adjustments or a full remake.

If you're still not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 90 days—as long as the insoles are returned. Due to the custom nature of the product, we ask that all refunds be accompanied by the original insoles.

Many customers are able to use HSA/FSA cards, but we recommend checking with your provider. We don’t currently process insurance or handle reimbursement paperwork.

Every ArchLab pair is designed, milled, and assembled in Houston, Texas. Your Fit Assessment and foot impressions are reviewed by a Certified Pedorthist, and your custom shell is produced and finished by the ArchLab team.
