ArchLab was created to make professionally designed custom orthotics easier to access. Every pair begins with your Fit Assessment and impressions of your actual feet, then is reviewed and designed by a Certified Pedorthist and built in our Houston lab — without requiring an in-person clinic visit.
Where Expertise Meets Precision
A Certified Pedorthist reviews your Fit Assessment and foot impressions, then creates your custom design using FitFoot360. CNC milling is used to produce the custom shell accurately and consistently from that design.
Each pair is custom-fit and built from your individual foot impressions. Our Fit Assessment helps determine whether Bamboo Comfort or ETC+ Performance is the better match based on your needs, footwear, and daily activity.
Made in Houston, Texas
We design, mill, and assemble every pair right here in Houston. We don’t outsource our custom fabrication. Every design, shell, and finish is completed with care by the ArchLab team.
