ArchLab produces custom insoles based on information and foot impressions provided by the customer.

Because ArchLab products are individually fabricated, customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the ordering and impression process.

Failure to follow the provided impression instructions or submission of incomplete or inaccurate information may delay production or require additional impressions before fabrication can begin.

Foot Impressions

Customers may be required to complete and return foot impressions before their custom insoles can be fabricated.

ArchLab may determine that an impression is unsuitable for fabrication and request that a new impression be completed.

Production timelines begin after ArchLab receives all information and usable impressions required to fabricate the order.

Product Fit and Adjustments

Custom insoles may require an adjustment period.

If you experience a fit, comfort, or performance concern, please contact ArchLab so we can evaluate the issue.

ArchLab may recommend adjustments, modifications, or a remake when appropriate.

Purchases are also subject to the ArchLab Return and Refund Policy and 90-Day Comfort Guarantee.

Any changes to pricing will not affect orders that have already been completed and paid for unless required to correct an obvious pricing or transaction error.

Shipping and Delivery

Custom fabrication time is separate from carrier transit time.
